Why I am doing this
The reason for this site and post blog is that I want organisations and people to be connected and tooled for the future!
Connected means with themselves as well as others.
The tools are the “how”. They can refer to everything from Internet tools to Ideas, or Ingenious answers to everyday issues.
So as the name suggests, before we jump into the How, we need to understand the Why.
That’s all very good, but how is this applicable to Mystery shopping?
